Boracay Beach Ultimate Association
The Boracay Beach Ultimate Association is the governing body for beach ultimate in the Philippines.
BBUA is affiliated with the Beach Ultimate Lovers Association (BULA), www.beachultimate.org and the Philippine Ultimate Association (PUA), www.philippineultimate.org.
The association was formed in May 2008.
The BBUA aims to promote and develop the sport of beach ultimate and other related beach ultimate activities.

JAMES P. YAP
Founder of the Boracay Dragons
Papa James, as what most people call him, graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree in Industrial Design. He also joined several grass and beach ultimate tournaments including the Shanghai Open, Singapore Open, World Ultimate Club Championships 2006 in Perth, Australia and the 2nd World Championships Beach Ultimate in Maceio, Brazil. He is the owner of Summer Place Bar, one of the best bars in Boracay. If you love partying just go to Summer Place, you will find yourself drinking and dancing amongst the coolest people in the island. You will definitely have a memorable time specially after having their signature Sex Shooters. Safe sex anyone?
JOHN P. YAP
Papa John or Santa Clause is the adviser and avid supporter of the Boracay Dragons. His day time job is being the Vice Mayor of Boracay but his best part time job ever was being the personal chef of Team Philippines during the World Beach in Brazil, cooking his specialties and even washing the dishes 
BENJAMIN P. YAP (President)
Ben is one of the pioneers of the Boracay Dragons. Very much into sports, he is also into volleyball, kite boarding and rowing. Toto his nickname in Boracay, is the youngest in the family but he shows leadership on court. He is a very simple guy who likes to laugh and have fun. He is also a DJ at Summer Place Bar who plays alternative and his own brand of house music.
DOMINICK “BOBOY” T. FAMORCAN (Vice President)
Boboy is the Top Scorer in the Open Division of the 2nd World Championship Beach Ultimate at Maceio, Brazil. One of the pioneers of the Boracay Dragons, he plays a vital role in the team. A lover of extreme sports, Boboy is also into wakeboarding and kite boarding. If you don’t see him in the beach playing ultimate or kite surfing, he’s probably in his office, cock fighting.
DATU YAP SUMNDAD (Secretary)
Shot na! Tequila anyone? Tequila King of the Boracay Dragons. King D will never pass on parties. He is one of the owners of Beach Bum Bar and Casa Asia Resort. But the parties won’t stop him from playing. He has the heart and will to win. Never say die attitude. Datu exemplifies the perfect ultimate player: PLAY HARD, PARTY HARD!!!
KAREN J. CABRERA (Treasurer)
Karen graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree in Architecture. She loves sports. A member of the UST Swimming Team and was the Team Captain of the UST Womens Football Team. She also played badminton, golf and kite boarding. This Manila girl used to go to Boracay every year but eventually fell in love with the island and decided to live there. The only girl in the Philippine Team lineup at the World Championships Beach Ultimate in Brazil, she learned a great deal about Ultimate from the experience but gained a lot more by making friends from all over the world.
CLYDE SULLANO (Assistant Treasurer)
Clyde exemplifies a typical Boracay islander. He is very much into sports, he loves playing volleyball, dragon boat, a kite board instructor and one of the core of the Boracay Dragons. He is a role player, very silent but efficient.
JUDE LEE (Public Relations Officer for External Affairs)
The Rock star of the Boracay Dragons! He is the owner of Hey Jude Bar in Boracay, one of the hippest clubs on the island. He is the oldest but surely one of the fastest guy on the team.
MICHELLE “PANOY” DELOS SANTOS (P.R.O for Internal Affairs)
Panoy as he is known to everyone. Small but terrible! He was the Best Defender at the World Championships Beach Ultimate in Brazil and one of the best players in the Philippines. He would lay out to make a “D” or to score a point, and he wouldn’t even wince even if you’re a foot or two feet taller than he is. Panoy is the heart of the Dragons.
